"We had booked a B&B and when we got there it was the most disgusting place we’ve ever been so we cancelled it and came straight here last minute, was absolutely spotless. Rooms have been renovated, beds are brand-new and was super quiet. Staff are lovely. could not complain about anything. We are coming back to Rotorua and we are going to stay here again."
