"We found a bed bug in our bed at 9:30pm. It was disgusting. We had booked the room for 2 nights. We left that night. We did get a refund, however, it was a pain having to leave so late, and then to clean/wash all our stuff properly once we left. Never ever will we be returning. "

Our meal at the weekend was very good, restaurant wasn’t open during the week, may be due to it being so early in the season. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, great base to explore the area/PEC. Would recommend."

"Beautiful room, including a soaker tub... unfortunately, the water was lukewarm! Also, given what I had read about the Chef and the restaurant staff, I found the food (dinner and breakfast) quite mediocre. But the grounds and buildings were lovely, and I would probably return."
