Das Hotel Costa Verde bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit einigen positiven Überraschungen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut gepflegt, der tägliche Room Service arbeitet zuverlässig. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Kleiderschrank, Fernseher, Klimaanlage und in meinem Fall sogar ein Balkon – allerdings mit etwas eingeschränkter Meersicht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche Personal. Cynthia an der Rezeption war nicht nur hilfsbereit, sondern sorgte mit ihrer humorvollen Art für gute Stimmung. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: In nur zwei Gehminuten erreicht man das Meer, ein Pool steht zur Verfügung, und in unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Pizzerien. Viele Ausflugsziele lassen sich zudem bequem mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Allerdings gibt es zwei Punkte, die zu beachten sind: 1. Die Schalldämmung ist eher schwach – man hört die Nachbarn deutlich durch die Wände und Türen. 2. Mein Badezimmer befand sich außerhalb des Zimmers (wenn auch abschließbar und privat nutzbar), und die 80x80 cm große Dusche war für meine 1,90 Meter Körpergröße recht beengt. Fazit: Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit guter Lage, freundlichem Service und solider Ausstattung. Wer jedoch empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert oder mehr Platz in der Dusche benötigt, sollte diese Punkte bedenken. Für einen unkomplizierten Strandurlaub ist es jedoch eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. En revanche, le bac à douche en plastique était fissuré, ce qui présentait un risque de coupure au pied. Il n'était donc ni esthétique ni confortable. Ne pouvant pas profiter du petit déjeuner car nous devions partir tôt pour prendre le bateau, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous a proposé une solution : récupérer de la pâtisserie gratuitement, ce qui est très appréciable.

Struttura datata ma tenuta bene, la camera e spaziosa e i sevizi PULITI. Si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia sul lungomare Colombo, dove si trovano locali e ristoranti con una buona cucina mediterranea. Il centro di Castiglioncello è molto carino con una grande pineta, dov'è è possibile fare delle belle passeggiate e nei pressi è possibile vedere il lungomare Alberto Sordi, vi consiglio di andarci al tramonto e veramente spettacolare.

La nota positiva di questa struttura è la colazione e la biancheria per il resto non ci siamo proprio. La camera si presenta anche arredata con mobili nuovi il problema è che l' armadio puzzava fortemente di muffa, la vista giardino è vista parcheggio con tutte le persone che ovviamente vanno avanti e indietro. La TV è presente ma funzionano solo 3 canali. Rumori da fuori, da sopra, affianco e dal corridoio causa porte molto vecchie che si aprono facendo baccano e non sono porte adatte a dei corridoi perché mancano completamente di guarnizioni. La nota più dolente il bagno, con doccia con muffa e SENZA porta o tendina. Dentro lo scopino del WC una blatta. Appendini che si staccavano dalla parete. Carta igenica solo un rotolo se ne avevi bisogno di un' altro bisognava chiederlo. C'è davvero molta strada da fare per rendere questo posto accettabile.

Ocean view room is very nice, great breakfast

Great Staff. We had a great stay and considering it is "only" 2* makes it even better. We had an ocean view room with balcony which was very nice and super clean. Breakfast was delicious, the pastry is awesome. Only downside for me, I didn't sleep very good but I'm picky with beds so it might just be me. Reccomended, would consider returning.
