Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable if you like softer beds. Food choice and drinks quality good. Overall a good hotel and would return again.

El alojamiento está muy bien, las instalaciones también y su ubicación en primera linea de playa y con aparcamiento gratuito por las inmediaciones y parada de bus en la puerta. La comida variada y muy buena. Las bebidas que te preparan para el todo incluido, son de las mejores que hemos probado. La animación hace muy amena la estancia. Ahora pasemos a lo mejorable, El snack tiene poquitas cosas, estaría bien mejorarlo. En otros hoteles dejan una zona abierta 24 horas con grifos para bebidas, creo que aquí lo podrían hacer por espacio y el hotel ganaría mucho, para las noches calurosas poder bajar a por un refresco o una cerveza y tomartela en tu balcón con el sonido de mar de fondo. En el bar se hacen largas colas, por la cantidad de de huéspedes, los camareros no daban a basto. En algunas zonas comunes hacia mucho calor, el aire acondicionado no era capaz de enfriar la estancia. La mayoría de los días faltaban hamacas, no había para todos los huéspedes, y a pesar de tener más amontonadas detrás del bar, nos negaron la posibilidad de coger dos en varias ocasiones. El último día, con el check out, te cortan la pulsera y si te quedas tienes que pagar por la comida o bebida que gastes, 18 € por persona por comer en el buffet. Legalmente es así, por lo que no es una crítica, pero en la mayoría de los hoteles que hemos estado y más en los de cuatro estrellas como el Alua Golf Trinidad, nos han dejado quedarnos a coste 0 como cortesía.

Estancia muy placentera

Es la tercera que vez que me alojo en este hotel, con distintos propietarios. Ha sido una estancia placentera. Para mí, lo más destacado es la inmejorable ubicación y el trato dispensado por el personal del hotel. Sí he notado una ligera pérdida de calidad en cuanto a la comida, respecto a años anteriores, aunque valoro muy positivamente la opción de barbacoa para cenar. La relación calidad/precio ha sido correcta.

Sin duda estudiado para descansar

Magnífica ubicacion. Habitación genial aire acondicionado perfecto con vista en terraza a piscina y playa. La playa a un paso. Servicio atento respetando la privacidad del descanso, pero para familias con niños que no es mi caso ayudando a mantener la armonía familiar y la intimidad de las parejas genial muy buenn trabajo del equipo de restauración y del de animación, cumplen con las expectativas y un bufet estupendo

Localizacion buena, a pie de playa. Teniamos una junior suite y nos dieron dos habitaciones que se comunicaban. Problema: al lado de la piscina “ruidosa”. De 12 a 0 horas parecia una feria, altavoces y musica sin parar. Si vas a descansar no puedes ni dormir una siesta. Por el lado positivo: el personal muy amable y atento.

Habitación muy bien. Limpieza bien. Aire acondicionado en la habitación regulado para que no puedas bajarlo, para dormir, bien, por el día con mucho calor. Piscina principal bien, la posterior con las aceras y bordes de piscina en muy mal estado. Los snacks muy cutres. Con 371 habitaciónes que tiene solo tiene un bar en la piscina y un mini chiringuito apartado, super saturados los dos, y eso que el personal lo da todo, pero no es suficiente, colas interminables para pedir bebida, los combinados horribles, le llaman mojitos, piña colada, etc, a una mezcla que hace una máquina por si sola....horribles. Las bebidas que dan en el todo incluido lo normal, marcas desconocidas salvo el ballantines y el ron brugal. La comida variada y bien, pero tampoco para echar bombas. Comedor super saturado con colas para entrar. Para familias con niños está bien, aunque la animación se puede que mejorar su tuviesen más personal. Las actuaciones de la noche bastante cutres. En resumen, un cuatro estrellas que llega a las tres estrellas por los pelos.

El trato a la entrada y salida del hotel deja que desar muchísimo. Tuve un percance con los camareros a la hora de tratar a mis niños cuando ellos estaban haciendo las cosas correctamente y su excusa es que los demás niños hacen eso... Y no me gustó el trato recibido. Poca calidad en la comida... Falta sabor. Instalaciones un poco viejas, pero camas cómodas, baño amplio (pasable las cosas viejas). Animación bastante buena.
