This place took us by surprise because it was definitely not like the photos or what we expected. Our room was very old, musty smelling and in desperate need of a renovation. Cracked walls, missing light bulbs or no bulbs at all, water damaged doors and old torn bedding. If you could see past those things the potential for this place to be restored to its original beauty is definitely there. We appreciated the attempt to clean the room and the towels were very nice, large and sparkling white. The care takers or owners didn’t speak English so we needed our translator, but they were very friendly and kind which helped us overlook the flaws. The property was so beautiful and peaceful, it’s a shame to see it lacking so much. It said that there was a restaurant on site, but we didn’t see anything of the sort nor did we get a tour of any other part of the hotel. It was a strange set up so we didn’t know how far we could really explore. There is a restaurant about five minutes down the road where we enjoyed dinner one night but we had to drive about 25 minutes to the next town so that we could have coffee and breakfast in the morning. An onsite restaurant would have been very convenient due to the location of this place. I don’t think we would return here unless it had a complete renovation….

A very nice building & garden, but there is not very much to do. There was no possibility of a breakfast and the area in which the hotel is located had few touristic point of interest. Hotel seems more geared for weddings, receptions etc...

Un oasis en el campo :)

El host, el Señor Alfredo, es una persona estupenda, nos ha esperado por un check in hasta las dos de la mañana sin ningún problema. Nuestro ferry tuve un retraso de 5 horas pero el Señor Alfredo ha esperado hasta que hemos llegado, nos ha recibido con una sonrisa y nos ha ayudado hasta con las maletas. Una persona muy agradable, muy responsable y sobre todo muy profesional. Recomiendo de visitar esta estructura, es muy bonita y muy tranquila.

Somente o anfitrião vale a pena, o resto é péssimo! 24 minutos de carro pro metrô, quarto apertado e com mobília muito velha, banheiro péssimo (chuveiro pior ainda)... fujam desse hotel!

This Villa is only great if you have a car. Because there is basically nothing around the villa. You would need to take the bus to get the city because Taxi is overpriced! I wish I knew this so we did not go there. No breakfast option due to COVID -and if you want to do laundry, he does not tell you how much until the end (we ended up paying 20 Euros for laundry). It’s a quite nice villa if you want to go there for relaxation.

Nice villa and helpful owner

Nice location and nice villa. Seems some mix up between Hotels.com what they show as rooms and what is allocated. We booked what I thought was a suite as described with "2 bedroom" (one double , 2 single) but it was an "apartment" with one double bedroom and 3 cot beds in the kitchen area. I don't know if that is mistake at Hotels.com or otherwise. Owner very nice and arranged the required 3rd bed without charge, and helpful to recommend restaurant nearby. Fast WiFi, tea/coffee facilities free in room.

Alfredo, le responsable toujours disponible et à l'écoute. Housekeeping parfois approximatif mais en demandant à Alfredo, tout rentre dans l'ordre. La propriété est au calme au milieu d'une réserve naturelle, oliviers, cyprès, etc ... Mais reste proche (20mn) des plages ou de Rome Un restaurant, Il Patio, à 2mn en voiture, est délicieux et pas cher : un régal ! Je recommande complètement, il ne manque plus que la piscine pour la perfection ... Alfredo, à bon entendeur, Grazzie & Ciao ! ;-)
