Rome gate away

Amazing staff and clean rooms. We chose to stay outside of Rome for our trip and is a quick 20 minutes drive with lot of parking. Will stay over again for my next trio

One of the only good hotels in town.

One of the only good hotels in Pomezia. This time we visited it was very quiet in the hotel. Nice suite given and a nice peaceful rest.

Great Staff, Cleaning could be better

The hotel is good. It is close to Rome. The cleaning could be a little better. When we arrived, our bathroom had a lot of hair in both the sink and the bathtub. The staff are great. The restaurant manager at breakfast, Ricardo, was incredible! He was extremely attentive and even gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in Rome that I can say was one of the best.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent but not anything fancy. Driving distance to different restaurants. Our room wasn’t ready even though we got there well after check-in time, but we didn’t have to wait too long. Would stay here again!

Only one receptionist was kind. The rest were rude and kinda hostile. They made outrageous charges to my room that weren’t even mine and they kept claiming that were mine. They later on apologized because they added someone else’s charges on my room. They still over charged me with a bunch of fees and charges that I didn’t make anyway. The cleaning staff were great, really nice. The restaurant / breakfast staff were great! They were really nice! The hotel doesn’t really have anything to do in there. The water charges were double of the what they were in the vending machine. They charge you $8 a day just for staying there, as an extra charge. The food was pretty bland, and not a big variety. The website says that they have a store inside and a guest laundry room area, that’s a complete lie. They don’t have anything. The hotel does look really nice on the outside and inside. The rooms were okay. The beds were kinda small, my toddler ended up falling off the bed twice.

Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was nice. Air conditionijng in room did not work well, they control temp from front desk, had to ask them to turn it down a or fix it a few times. They said it was hot outside so just wait. The lobby was way cooler than our room. Our room never got real cool, ling hot night, not much sleep.

Few days of work

Big hotel, clearly top quality when it was built, and pleasant stay but perhaps starting to show its age. Breakfast is for me a bit basic (and problematic for me as lots of overnight tourists eating first thing). But will probably try and stay there onmy next trip.

I was dissatisfied with the state of the property, room, and bathroom. I cannot recommend this property to anyone else, both now and in the future. I felt uneasy while staying in the room and sleeping on the beds.

The property was very old. The air-conditioning is controlled by the front desk, it’s a scam, it looks luxurious at first with the fountain and all and nice AC in the reception area but once you get settled in your room, I’d say about 6 PM. They turned the AC to 26 to 28°C, which is extremely hot and uncomfortable and it stays that way until check in time for the next day. The purpose of it is to fool the person who are checking into think they score at a great hotel when it’s actually trash. The person at the reception might swell up being honest and just tell me that the AC is controlled at a certain temperature and it’s not allowed to be controlled by the customers. Highly not recommended!!!!!!!!
