If you want to stay close to the Jewish Ghetto, this hotel is a great option. The rooms are confortable. There is not an reception per se, a person came to clean the rooms for a few hours, you need to use different key and codes to enter your room. The building is not in the best condition

This is a very interesting place to stay that is full of history which enhanced our holiday greatly (we recommend you find out as much as you can from the ladies on front desk, the internet and local Museums. The entrance to the rooms is in Via delle Reginella and only a few metres from the Turtle fountain in Piazza Mattei. If arriving by taxi get them to drop you in the piazza. Beware that arrival after 2:00pm when reception is not manned will involve a slightly complicated set of instructions to get into your room. These however worked perfectly and as consequence rooms are incredibly safe. The room we had was very comfortable but perhaps a little small and lacking in shelves and cupboards for our 7 day stay. If you are staying for a week maybe talk to staff and consider trying one of the other hotels connected to Reginella in the area. All staff were excellent and helped us out with enthusiasm. Thank you Reginella we enjoyed our stay on the edge of the Jewish quarter and we saw a part of Rome we’d not seen before.

This is an apartment converted into three or four hotel rooms. Each have an independent bathroom. The property manager is lovely and very responsive. But if you're expecting a hotel room this is not it, the building is a private apartment building and there are no amenities.

This place was so overpriced compared to the zero service we got. Room was extremely small barely fit a bed, they provided wifi password that doesn’t work. Room was full of mosquitoes. We have been told via text that reception closes at 2 but i tried to call the hotel so many times before 1 and no one cared to answer.

Nice hotel but website amenities not correct.

When booking the hotel through hotels.com, the site said parking was an included amenity, which is the main reason I chose the hotel. Unfortunately, this was not the case and we accidentally parked in an are we thought was legal. Our car was towed and we spent a lot of time and money dealing with getting it back.

We stayed here for one night the room was lovely decorated and very clean. The check in isn’t 24 hours but it was really easy getting in to our room late at night. It’s right in the centre of Rome and within walking distance to every major attraction. Highly recommend

Clean, modest, very modern rooms at a nice cost: rare in Rome! Located in a quiet part of town with all sites within walking distance of everything. The lovely turtle fountain is steps from the front door. However, no one is on site after 4PM. Getting to your room tastes 3 keys and a passcode.

Reginella suites was easy to find. And good instructions given for entering the building after reception hours. The room was lovely, good size, everything we needed. Very clean, and quiet. The bed was quite hard so we didn’t get much sleep but other than that we don’t have anything negative to say about our stay.

Easy travel place
