It is not possible to eat food that comes from outside the hotel in the common areas of the hotel. the hotel offers a restaurant service and not a pizzeria. However we usually do not set up rooms only if requested by the Guest or if a "do not disturb " sign is on. That could be your case. Referring to the traffic it sounds strange to us since rooms on both sides are not facing the street...
