The only thing that good is closed to train station
The hotel is nearby train station. It look old than I expected before. The man who is staff in day-time was very bad, no service mind..

The property is a 2 min walk to the train station! Which is amazing if you’re forgetting to pack anything! Starbucks, pharmacy, clothes, books the works. The area around the train station/walk to hotel was daunting at first due to lots of homeless people. However there was a strong police presence around-so I felt safe as a solo traveller. Hotel was clean and staff were extremely friendly!

The outside sidewalk is a little grungy, but that can't be blamed on Madison. The place is old but kept up well. Outstanding staff and great breakfast. Across the street from Roma Termini.

Did not have a phone in our room int the am no water pressure just a trickle heat was always non existing on cols nights staff in the front aome very comfrontational if questioned about hotel problems location was a plus.

Hotel Madison - they gave us the farthest room, it’s like a maze getting into the room. Lots of hallway. - Worst thing is that our bathroom didn’t have hot water, I was already inside the shower when I realized that. - Tried to call front desk, but dialing 0 or 1 didn’t work. So my husband have to go the long winding hallway to go down and talk to them. They sent someone to fix but it took awhile before we got the hot water. - The next day, no hot water again! So no morning shower, we didn’t call them anymore since we are checking out that morning. - Breakfast was good, except they are slow at refilling the food. - Location, very convenient for public transportation - The room, it has a smell that is not so pleasing. We just stayed 1 night, but I don’t think I’ll book this again. - Has AC! - Fridge - No microwave - Window by the shower, shutter won’t close all the way, so neighbors might be able to peak if your showering. - Wifi not so good

I was only here one night before flying back to the US, but I enjoyed my stay. It is right across the street from the Termini train station, which made my trip to the airport very easy!

The elevators rattle and feel unsafe when moving. We experienced low water pressure today and difficulty getting showered. Clean bedding and comfortable. The windows helped eliminate sounds from outside. The elevators need to be serviced. Doors in room did not feel secure.

Very welcoming and helpful staff at all times. However, the room was very uncomfortable with a small bed and a barely working shower. V convenient for the station and good dining options nearby but I would not be able to recommend staying here.

Camareros, porteros muy agradables. Buen desayuno. Muy buena cama. Muy bien situado para moverse. Lo unico, faltan baldas en los armarios y la bañera es alta para entrar y no hay un agarradero. Pero en general muy bien.

Das Hotelzimmer war wirklich groß und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück hat nicht allzu viel Auswahl geboten aber man wurde satt. Die Anbindung zum Bahnhof war sehr gut und für einen Städtetrip war es genau das richtige Hotel.
