This property doesn’t look anything like the pictures. There’s no lobby and hardly anyone works there. It’s a glorified hostel. However, they do have a Comfy bed and it’s walkable to everything you want and need. Do NOT take the $65 taxi service they offer, it’s a ripoff. I got charged an extra $10 on top to add insult to injury, and they just said it’s not their problem. Later I found that taxis charge a $50 flat fee… grrrrrrr

They did a little extra for our birthday’s so this is much appreciated! Rooms were adequate, but sometimes other guests coming and going were quite loud. No in room coffee unfortunately, but had to go to the reception desk. The toilet was difficult to flush at times and had to hit the button up to 10 times for enough water flow. Seems like this needs to be updated. Also, some hard water buildup and mildew in shower, so probably needs a deep clean. Location is very convenient with restaurants, colosseum, public transport.

We stayed here for 4 days and it looks nothing like the photos listed so beware! It’s very outdated and in poor state. We had room number 7 and the bed frame was broken and dipped in resulting in back pain / discomfort throughout the whole trip. There was also an ant infestation and was very noisy at night. Also the shower door was hanging off so the bathroom floor was covered in water after use, the bed sheets were dirty (brown marks and blood stains) and the TV did not work properly. When the staff were there they were friendly and as helpful as they could be and location is good, very near the colosseum. That is the only good thing about this hotel, other than that I would not book and stay here again. There are plenty of other nicer and cleaner places to stay in Rome. Photos need updated to a true reflection of what it looks like now!!!

Lovely building on the outside, good location but rooms much smaller than online pictures portray and you can hear the adjoining rooms shower, using bathroom and coughing so that was a little off putting. Also the rooms are dated and bedside lamps need either cleaning or replacing as somewhat dirty.

Fantastic location just a few blocks from the coliseum. Cafe across the street and check in was quick. They kindly gave us suggestions for restaurants as well. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Veldig skuffende opplevelse
Da vi sjekket inn ble vi møtt av en mann i treningstøy som satt på kontoret i det som nok kalles lobby. Rommet vi fikk var en meter bak dette kontoret, og det var et ekstremt lytt overnattingssted. Jeg vil kalle det et vandrerhjem/dormitory og ikke et hotell. Alt som ble sagt i gangen/lobbyen og på naborommene kunne høres veldig godt. Vi brukte ørepropper for å kunne sove. Trykket i dusjen var elendig og varmen varierte fra iskaldt til glovarmt og levde sitt eget liv. Vi fikk heller ikke vasket rommet en dag da vi fikk beskjed om at vi var for sent ute av rommet som vi forlot 11:46. Da vi sjekket inn fikk vi beskjed om at rommene ble vasket frem til 12:00. Da kunne de i det minste gitt oss nye håndkle og tømt søppel. Det eneste som var positivt var at sengen var god og det var kjøleskap på rommet. Beliggenheten er også sentral. Passer for backpackere men prisen er godt over backpackerbudsjett. Ikke la dere lure av bilder av fine rom.

I hope you like cold showers! I rented two rooms for a friend and I. We arrived earlier than expected - neither was ready which was understandable as the previous guests just left. We were told to return in one hour and they’d clean them first. Somehow they only did 1. Once we finally go into our rooms, they were actually very reasonable. Comfy bed. Bathrooms was newly renovated/clean. However, we both ran out of hot water within 2 minutes of a shower. There are at least 6-7 rooms. We both happened to shower at completely separate times, and neither of us had hot water. The next morning we were up at 5am to get to airport. Well before anyone else in the hotel would have been awake. Again - no hot water. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. The actual people who work at this site (Hassan) is amazing - wry kind, extremely helpful with arranging transport and helping to get around the city.

Is not really a hotel, more like a B&B. A little noisy but this is the perfect location if you are looking to be close to the colosseum and the Roman forum. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The place is very easy to find and the instructions on how to get in are very clear and easy to understand.
