It is in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the coliseum and very close to the subway station so you are able to reach almost every location you want to visit in Rome. Also, there are plenty of very good cafes and restaurants nearby that are not overly touristy. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment for families traveling together. Check-in online before flight to Italy, arrived a few minutes before the check-in time we had told them to expect us. Rang the door bell, and we were greeted warmly and checked-in in a few minutes. Staff explained the neighborhood, and how things worked inside the apartment. Very friendly and most helpful. A quick walk to the Colosseum, (walk down the hill, through the park). Lots of transport near by, with Metro stations, Tram, and buses everywhere. I would stay here again.

This property was very comfortable and clean the staff was helpful at all times. We loved the comfortable beds for our family of six. They helped coordinate airport transportation. Lots of food near by and metro lines.

The apartment was modern and had most things we needed. It was smaller than appeared in the adverts. It was located within 10 minutes walk of the Colosseum. The two receptionists, Mia and Gladys, were both very helpful (Gladys even woke up very early one morning to book us a taxi - thank you). We were glad to have two rooms for sleeping as that meant we could all sleep better. The Metro A was about 10 minutes walk away.

We've just returned from a short Spring break in Rome.......our stay here was amazing. Well appointed, lovely location and the team - especially Gladys - could not have been more helpful to us. For a family with two teenagers it was so good to have two bathrooms, two bedrooms plus a sofa bed as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was spotlessly clean...and little touches like dishwasher tablets provided was really appreciated.

The owner responded quickly, but unfortunately, the property turned out to be too small for four people. The living room was also quite cramped and could only accommodate up to two people. Moreover, the shower was not clean, which was disappointing. Upon check-out, we left our luggage in the office, and when we returned later, I asked if I could use the restroom. However, I was told that there was no restroom available for me to use, and I had to go to the nearest bar, I felt strange.

The property advertises air conditioning, but this was not operational. Luckily the weather was cool. The sofa bed is as hard as a rock and my back is in pain - do not use.

We couldn’t have asked for a better option to stay. We stayed 6 days with 5 of us, 2 parents, an 18 year old and twin 16 year old boys. They made it super easy. Great dining and shopping in the area, including a grocery store to stock the fridge and buy a few paper products. The staff was super kind and even helped us print our tickets for a last minute trip to La Galleria Borghese. Would definitely stay there again. Using the app Free Now to get a taxi on the few occasions we needed rides was also easy and they let you book up to four days in advance. The Gardens will also help you book a taxi for when you first arrive. I would highly recommend this service. It’s a few dollars more but there was a guy there holding a sign with our name right at the exit for the baggage claim area. For first time visitors it’s a must and will start the visit off with low stress.

This was a great place to stay. A great area with small grocery shops and cafes nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was also a perfect location near a beautiful park and a 5 min walk to the colloseum and metro. We were also able to easily walk from Roma Termini in about 20mins. Would definitely book here again.

The host was wonderful and a great communicator. Close to all with only a cab to vatican. The only minor point would be explain washer dryer a little better and fix the closer on front door as it slams shut. But definitely 10 stars.

This was a great place to stay for us during our visit to Rome. The location was excellent as it was within walking distance from the Colosseum. Getting there only took about 8-10 minutes by foot. There was also a lot of dining options around the area as well as markets to buy groceries if needed. Rome terminal station was also a 20 minute walk if anyone wants to take the train to other parts of Italy, etc. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Rome. The only issue was wifi was great in living room, but in the bedroom, there was barely any connection if any.

Great Location
You can't bit the location. We walked everywhere. A reception area in building and some toiletry in room would be nice. Check in and check out were easy and when we had a question about the stove, a nice gentleman showed up and helped us.

Great location. Easily walkable to restaurants and sights. Small grocery store nearby. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Staff that greeted us helped us get checked in and settled quickly.

A beautiful and quiet apartment close to all the main cultural attractions, with comfortable and independent rooms. We were two families with kids, and it was just perfect.

Colosseo Gardens was the perfect location for sightseeing around Rome. A 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and walking distance to other Rome sights made this the perfect place to stay. The apartment was spacious and being on the 6 floor there was an elevator for convenience. There is no 24 hour reception, so arriving after 7pm on the first night required us to get in touch to arrange staff to be there which incurred an extra nominal fee. Overall my family loved this apartment and it made our stay in Rome even more enjoyable.

This property was clean and big for a family. Only complaint, smoking bench was 2 stories below master bedroom window. Smoke would pour into the room if windows were left open. Other than that, close to everything. Only place you have to take an uber is Vatican City.
