The staff were so wonderful and welcoming. They were so helpful and answered all questions. Family friendly, they had a nice bassinet for baby and a little blanket. The hot tub is everything we hoped for. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolute joyous experience. My girlfriend and I travelled to Europe for the first time and this stay made us incredibly comfortable. A great location for bus stops to the airport, Spanish steps, colosseum, etc. We would 100% book this again. Absolutely fantastic staff, level of cleanliness, and the breakfast was AMAZING!

I would definitely stay here again. Staff were especially responsive and very helpful with storing luggage and transportation needs. Breakfast was a short walk away at their sister hotel and was very good. Room was clean, daily towel changes. Looks like a recent renovation. Bathroom very modern. They had an old fashioned lift to get upstairs although there was a flight of stairs that you had to go up to get to the main floor. Location was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

After-hour check-in was easy. Because of our late schedule, we never saw anyone at the desk, but the cleaning person was super nice. Breakfast at a different hotel was set up well and had great service. The bed was very comfortable for our stay. We would go back.

Perfect location, staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough for you. They brought us breakfast to the room the night before as we had an early start and the hot tub was something else. Perfect after a day walking around Roma. I brought the birthday package so chilled Prosecco, amazing cake, candle, lighter and balloons were waiting for us. Best place to stay in Roma. To top it off the Giro D’italia cycled past us so we took out drinks outside to watch. Perfect 10/10

An adorable place with a fantastic location. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was sure to tell us about a road race the next day that would have ruined our ability to get to the airport with our rental car had we not known about it. she was SO helpful and went above and beyond to go outside and speak with police about potential road closures. the room was clean and was everything we needed. the bed was comfortable. thank you for a great stay! We will be back.
