The reception staff (Sharon) was helpful and even gave me an upgrade to my booked room without me even asking. Thank you, Sharon! There was an internet matter which was addressed speedily by the maintenance man who was very friendly and professional. All-in-All a good experience."

"Everything was amazing until we left. Had a issue with transfer back to the resort. Im not sure who fault this is if it was the transfer company or the resort so I dont wanna blane the resort for this. Butter found another transfer and we made it on time to our flight."

"The room was super duper clean. And it was nice to leave for dinner and come back to your bed turned down. Staff was great. Just had a bit of a tiff with our butler day one. I thought the breakfast was splendid. I loved that they had a ‘shot’ of the day of potent and healthy juices! Loved loved that. The omelette station was our favorite and if you are a coffee lover their cappuccino was delicious. And I’m a very particular coffee drinker. Breakfast was our favorite meal. The exercise space was also great. As I exercised there practically every day before getting my spot in the beach,"
