"Great room lay out. I chose this hotel for location and amenities. That said, I was there the weekend of 7/24 to 7/27 and the pool and hot tub were both closed, due to a private party reservation. Additionally, I chose the hotel for an oversized bathtub, which I could never use, as the drain plug would not secure. I called the front desk and requested someone to address it, it never happened. "The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any. "Shower was hard to figure out. No bar or restaurant. No tub"

"Immaculate accommodation on the edge of China Town. Apartment was quite small but had everything one would need. The bed was comfortable but the hid-a-bed was very uncomfortable. Also there is no parking in the building but there is a parkade across the road that cost $25 per day. The location is good with easy access to BC Place, Rogers Arena and easy walk to Gastown. I would not feel comfortable walking around the neighbourhood alone."
