"This hotel made me feel annoyed at the lack of basic necessities that always come standard. No hairdryer. No coffee in the lobby and no coffee makers in the room. When I asked for a coffee maker he said I had to bring my own. No full length mirror. I had to stand on the edge of the bathtub to kind of see my outfit. Tiny towels that did not cover my body. The TP holder was strangely low and difficult to reach. No towel hooks. NOTHING stocked in the kitchenette. No way to call the front desk from the room (usually there are buttons for housekeeping etc). Bed was squeaky. Pillows were flat. The only positive was that is was clean. But there was nothing special about the room that made me want to stay. "

"Stayed for Coachella. Hotel was very accommodating. Ac worked well. Shower was hot. Owners are very polite and nice people. They allowed us an early check in and slightly late check out without any concerns. They even washed a blanket for us that we had used at the concert. Overall it worked great for what we came there for "

"Most of the staff is very nice, but an umbrella wasn't bolted down and it almost hit me, twice. On the way up, and then on the way down before it lodged itself through the gate. Could have comped a night or at least discounted one. Also, two outlets didn't work. Took 2 days to fix it, and he took the hot leg off and put the common on instead. Potential fire hazard or will destroy anything that is plugged up to it. Last night there, there were homeless people sleeping at the edge of the stairs less than 20 feet from my room."
