Hi David, thanks for staying with us at Discovery Parks - Robe. We're really sorry there were some cleanliness troubles in your cabin. Please know we are following this up with our team as needed. If there are any issues in future in your cabin, please let us know at reception so we can rectify it for you while you're in our park. Please know we don't at all expect our guests to complete our COVID cleaning. We do this multiple times throughout the day, but do expect our guests to clean up after they're done using our shared facilities as normal. We of course will do the deeper cleaning side of things. As for late arrivals, sometimes this is the case, as not all travellers are on the same timeline. We hope you understand. Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback.
