Service impeccable, bon accueil
Le patron et son employée sont très à l'écoute et font tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. L'hôtel, repris depuis peu, reste assez vétuste, mais Paris ne s'est pas fait en un jour, et il faut les encourager. En revanche il faudrait baisser le prix du petit déjeuner (15€), prohibitif.

Après avoir été servie par de la viande invarié, nous avons été facturé deux fois de la chambre… la salle de bain est vraiment minuscule au point d’avoir la tête dans le lavabo… bref le tarif n’est pas à mon sens approprié… seul point positif, la vue sur la seine…

Seulement pour 1 nuit
Séjour d'une nuit dans cet hotel, personnel agréable et professionnel. L'hôtel est moderne mais l'état des chambres laisse à désirer. Chambre "vielle", literie usée (mais néanmoins encore confortable), équipements plus ou moins fonctionnel (la pomme de douche ne tenait pas en place). Le plus dure étant la chaleur dans la chambre durant la canicule, impossible de dormir, et en ouvrant la fenêtre, étant situé juste en face de la route, nous entendons le trafic une bonne partie de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était par contre très bien, bon choix de produits et les croissants et pain au chocolat étaient excellent.

Une nuit pas plus
Isolation inexistante on entend les voisins qui heureusement ne parle pas fort. Tous est resté dans sont jus, hereusement litrie pas trop mal et télé ressente, personnelles a l arrivé sans masque ni aucune autre protection.

Alors qu'il était indiqué que la réception était ouverte de 7 à 20 heures, il ny avait personne à notre arrivée à 18 heures. La clé de la chambre posée sur le comptoir avec notre nom
C'est un client( potentiel et déçu car personne n'est venu ) qui nous a demandé si cette clé était pour nous. N'importe qui aurait pu la prendre et s'installer dans la chambre payée d'avance ! Le lendemain matin après un petit petit-déjeuner très moyen, le responsable (?)nous a dit qu'il était là la veille au premier et qu'un numéro de téléphone à utiliser en-cas de problème était écrit sur un papier de 4 Cm sur 15 scotché sur le comptoir à côté de documents touristiques, difficile à voir ! A signaler l'éclairage des couloirs est quelque peu insuffisant. Dommage car cet hôtel est très bien situé sur les quais de la Seine.

Superb location but rooms outdated
Views of Seine superb, easy access and convenient for a nice stopover before Dieppe ferry. Rooms need lots of tlc - eg a lightbulb missing, curtains needed rehanging, bath needs shower screen...shabby décor. Restaurant better - service, meal and wine good, which made up for the sad room albeit with a great view! Staff very pleasant.

Hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit
Fijn hotel aan de rivier met uitzicht op de brug. Wij waren met de motor en hebben online geboekt. Binnen korte tijd waren we ingechecked en stonden de motoren achter in de prive parkeerkplaats. Fijne kamer en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

Not the best choice
This is an old hotel that tries to keep up with the times. Misinformation from hotels.com which stated that the bathroom has a bath tub and a separate shower. Not so, the whole hotel has not got such a bathroom. (this misinformation was important for us) Otherwise the room was large and light and had a good bed. The food in the restaurant was very poor. Breakfast was average and the large nice coffee machine only produced hot water and hot chocolate until I asked them to put coffee into the machine.
My knowledge of French was important with most members of the staff.
