The Best Stay Ever

I do a lot of traveling through the U.S. and by far this hotel establishment has took the cake. Thank you for your excellent service and thank you for making my stay a wonderful stay.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

Our room was clean and spacious...didn't feel cramped in any way. Good size shower/tub with great water pressure, heated up quickly too. Hotel XOLA was also quiet. It was really relaxing. The location for food and shopping is also a plus.

Our stay was ok . Just that the hair dryer was not working in our bathroom so I have to get one from the office. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Professional none

They cleaned the room the last morning had to put the trash in hallway and then came in for a minute ask about restroom in common area they said no but it was one. Staff not friendly at all beds sleep good that's it. Was value as a guest

Very bad part of town, did not feel safe at all. The staff was rude about making us come back to check in after 3pm. (We arrived at 2:20pm)

The adds for this property are highly misleading. It is next to a bowling alley, many shady characters hanging around at all hours. People fixing cars in the parking lot. Hotel requires a full inspection before refunding deposit days after completing stay. Amenities are non-existent. They bag some food and check you name off a box for the included "breakfast. The room we stayed in was tired and smelled of heavy carpet cleaning detergents.

Very disappointed total overall

I reserved 3 rooms for my families. They were dirty, sheets were stained or dirty, 2 rooms had cockroaches. We told the front desk and he said they would refund us the 3 days . We were only 1hr and 30 minutes and they charged us for one day. We traveled 10 hours to get there and it was 1 am. Families and children were tired. We had to go somewhere else. They claim they have breakfast. It is not a breakfast. It’s grab a bag and go. That is not much of a breakfast. This place is a rip-off.
