This felt offensive given the amount we were paying for our room and the fact there is nothing else in the vicinity competing for parking space. The entire pool complex was closed as well despite it being nearly 80 and sunny just because it was April. I would like to have seen a discount on our rate to account for this and an explanation up from since this is part of why we booked here"

"Hotel told me that even though I paid for a double, it was my fault that Travelocity did not send them that info, and I should never book with them. The room keys did not work, the lady at the front desk put the wrong key to my digital key app and we could not get in/out. The main light in our room did not work and our room was very dark. I told her we would not use the $25 parking since there were spots on the street and they still charged me. No one would pick up to fix the problem. Roof top restaurant is no longer open. Just over all, poor experience."
