"People should know that it is a remote registration hotel. There is no on-site front desk. But it works pretty well."

"Room was clean, but bathroom still had a more traditional bathtub and shower instead of the step in shower. Bathroom was clean but dated. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent at Broadway at the Beach-literally on the broadwalk."

"Staff and location were terrific during the stay only down side is that on our final day we noticed something on the bed after my wife woke up our 7 month old. There were bed bugs! Checked all around the bed and found multiple. Staff was great until I notified the manager and they didn’t seem to surprised. I will NEVER return. I had to throw away multiple suitcases and put all of my belongings into trash bags just so I can return home and deal with this mess."

"The condo itself was nice but definitely could use some general maintenance and cleaning. Safe was not workable; doors (bathroom and general entry) have not been cleaned for some time. Spider webs in window corners. Bedroom drawers fell out. Showerhead water was very slow"
