"There was a lot of noise coming from another room. I called the front desk at 10:30 pm and was told they would check it out. The noise continue and I made three more calls. Finally at 2 am i could hear security knocking on the other room and tell them to be quiet. It shouldn't have taken so many calls and so long to fix this. "

"There was a half eaten apple in my ice bucket. There were crumbs and hair on the bed. There was a piece of garbage on the bathroom floor. And there was no smoke detector. I left within 10 minutes of arriving as I was disgusted. Also the ice machine did not have a scooper."

"The staff was super helpful during check in. The first room I was given had a strong cigarette smell. But they were super understanding and assigned me a new room no questions asked. The rooms and building honestly look nicer than the pictures and are very clean. There was a problem with my room keys and internet on the second night but was fixed at the front desk without any additional issues. Breakfast was also very good. Overall very positive experience besides the few minor inconveniences stated above. Would stay again. "
