In bathrooms the taps were giving very noisy humming sound. May be that was valves problem. This sound was not only from my room but from the next room same sound I was able to hear. It was like sequeqing sound and very loud. I reported to the manager but never fixed in 14 days stays. Manager told me that this sound is coming from all water taps on 10th floors bathrooms where I was staying. When you pay almost 120 dollars a day then hotel should care about your complaint but none. Beside that rooms were clean, breakfast has enough qualities. Kitchen staff was very active. Room mates were very friendly.

Check In was quick and staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and covered necessities. Some light fixtures didn't work, and we wanted to wind down with TV, but couldn't get it to work...not a big deal to us, but facts.

The hotel it’s outdated and needs to be renovated. We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately they didn’t cleaned the room, they just let us new towels every day but the room was dirty, even the blankets wasn’t changed and that’s not acceptable. Other hotels offers you one or two bottles of water every day as a courtesy, but this hotel charges you for every little bottle that you use. The breakfast was the same every day, no change at all so you have to eat the same every single day. As a positive point, they are very close to the beach and the hotel is located in the safe zone of Copacabana, we didn’t use the pool because it was full every day and the other amenities are closed.

It was a very bad experience overall. The room had huge amount of mold in the bathroom and staff was arguing that the room was ok until their maintenance person came to see it personally. Overall staff were unpleasant except the guy at the main door who was great

I am so disgusted with this property, 1st upon arrival which was hours before check in I was told I would have to pay $R20 to hold my luggage why do I have to pay to hold luggage at a hotel I paid to stay at? Ok fine we changed and went to the pool which opened at 9 and it was about 10ish, the gentleman working the pool area was so rude and dismissive. I stood in front of him while he deliberately ignored me when all I wanted to ask was how I can gets a towel which there were about 50 behind him clean and ready to go. He finally looks up and I ask for a towel and he tells me I have to wait 5 min. Why am I waiting? The pool opened over an hour ago, and then moments later acknowledged and gave towels to locals. Then at around 2ish I went to check in and was told I booked for one person which wasn’t true I booked a double bed room for 2ppm and needed to pay for an additional person so now I’m seeing a rude money extorting trend. Finally get to the room which was decent, a little outdated and well no USB outlets. Yes I am aware I am in another country but I’ve yet to travel to a hotel that doesn’t have a usb. Asking the staff for help or a question seemed to be a bother which was so strange since you work in a hotel and foreigners will probably have questions. The buffets is the absolute best part and only good part. maybe that’s why there were so many good reviews but I am shocked at how many good reviews there where when the staff was so rude and unhelpful.

Os funcionários são super amigáveis e prestativos. A localização é excelente, é bem movimentada e perto de tudo. A brinquedoteca é ótima para que viaja com crianças. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente no hotel. Excelente custo benefício.

Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Place is way outdated, and the pictures are not quite representative of the current state of the roomThere was mold on the walls, and the room beyond tiny. It smells very old. They would give you the iron for a charging fee. Luckily the staff was nice.

Good hotel and value for money. Clean, good breakfast. With a late night flight, leaving luggage for small fee safely and spend rest of day at rooftop pool area is a great option. A suggestion is to train the lobby staff to help out frontdesk staff with additional responsabilities when it is peak check in or check out.

The hotel is very old and lacks maintenance on many ends. You see things falling apart everywhere. The overall hotel is more like a 2/3 star hotel by western standards. Location is good just 2 blocks from the beach, not too loud and safe. The staff was also helpful when we approached them. We didn’t have a problem with our toddler at all. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t come again since the hotel is very old and not so clean (we had 2 cockroaches in our room).

pas un vrai 4 étoiles. les boiseries, les joints, et certaines parties des murs et plafonds sont attaqués par la moisissure. proposer des chambres dans cet état est tout simplement inacceptable pour un établissement qui se veut 4 étoiles. le petit-déjeuner est correct, la piscine sur le toit aussi, et le personnel est convenable. Concernant les alentours, c'est sale et ça sent mauvais, les détritus et autres sacs poubelles jonchent les rues. L'extrême pauvreté est présente partout avec énormément de sdf y compris en face de l'hotel. cela m'a étonné étant donné l'attractivité touristique de copacabana.

Pessima experiência tivemos!! A começar pelo quarto que nos colocaram! Você chega e se quiser apenas deixar sua bolsa, é cobrado um valor de 20 reais (coisa que nunca vi em qualquer outro estabelecimento antes) , mas beleza Chegando no quarto, nos deparamos com um totalmente diferente do que fora mostrado nas fotos disponíveis no app. Quarto com vista pra parede de outro prédio, paredes e cortinas mofadas. Além do estado das portas. Acordei passando raiva pois você escuta tudo que acontece no corredor. Acústica pessima! Quando você acha que não pode piorar, vem o café da manhã! Quando cheguei no local do café até me assustei pela fila gigantesca pra entrar no restaurante Ou seja, o hotel não suporta a quantidade de gente! Os funcionários são ótimos e prestativos, mas infelizmente o local e estrutura não ajudam Localização média, fica a duas quadras da praia de Copacabana

Apesar do bom atendimento, não recomendo
O quarto estava sujo, precisava do serviço de wi fi no quarto, e mesmo o atendente sendo solícito e me escutando, não funcionou nos computadores que eu e meu marido levamos pq precisávamos trabalhar. A piscina estava muito suja, nas bordas, no chão cheio de areia e uma espuma branca na água. Escolhi esse hotel pela área da piscina para minha mãe e filha, que aproveitaram apenas o chuveiro que tinha disponível na área aberta. Apesar do bom atendimento dos funcionários, não é um hotel que recomendo e tão pouco voltarei a ficar. O café da manhã é muito bem feito e com muita variedade, esse é o ponto forte que destacaria. Na verdade, foi uma grande decepção o hotel que ficamos. Escolhi errado.

É o tipo de hotel que da pra ficar uns dois dias, não tem luxo, mas de localização boa próxima ao metro. O cafe da manhã sem muitas novidades, mas os garçons são muito esforçados e fazem um bom trabalho. Sistema de chave precisa ser melhorado, durante as minhas 2 estadias tive que refazer as minhas chaves mesmo mantendo linge de aparelhos eletrônicos. A recepção sempre muito cheia. A area da piscina tem uma vista ok, mas tb sempre cheia e com música alta e de péssima qualidade. Não é lugar pra relaxar, pois a música é tão alta que te impossibilita de falar com a pessoa ao lado. Resumindo, tipico hotel economico.

Hotel em boa localização, café da manhã excelente, atendimento excelente, funcionários atenciosos e gentis, o hotel é um pouco antigo, não foi reformado, o quarto pode ser qualificado como bom, mas antigo, para tomar banho de chuveiro vc tinha q entrar em uma banheira que era um pouco alta, acredito que para um idoso isso pode ser um problema, a tv no quarto estava ruim o sinal cheia de interferência, mas como estávamos de passagem isso não incomodou. O hotel merece nota 8, pelo custo benefício, me hospedaria lá outra vez.
