Good hotel for the price. Rooms could use some renovations. The staff was nice and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. Stayed for family in Duque de Caxias for the holidays. Definitely not a tourist hotel. Pleasant enough experience.

The property was fine but located in an unsafe,area. The staff were friendly and helpful but the front doors are always locked due to a high crime rate neighborhood. My wife and daughter were mugged right at the front door, but they escaped inside. Too bad because the facility is quite nice and the breakfast was outstanding. Also close to the airport by uber.

Shower pressure was amazing. Ac was cool. Bed was firmer than i like. Parking on site.. restaurant was closed but walked down the block for multiple option that dont even show up on google search. Pool looked nice but was packed with 20yr Olds.

Para aquilo que se propõe, um Apart Hotel, tudo muito excelente. Não é um café da manhã de resort, mas a proposta não é essa. Quarto muito espaçoso, com uma mesa, talheres, utensílios, microondas, cama extremamente confortável e king size. No geral, superou todas as expectativas. Todos os atendentes e funcionários super educados e muito atenciosos! Vista muito bacana, você vê de longe o Cristo, o Pão de Açúcar, vê o aeroporto Galeão, tem uma visão de vários pousos e decolagens. Janelas vedam 100% do ruído externo. Região central, tem de tudo perto. No geral, muito satisfatória a experiência, voltaria sim a me hospedar.

Hotel sem água!

Tudo começou bem. Custo benefício inicial um pouco acima. Quarto espaçoso, relativamente bem limpo. Ainda que o blindex tenha deixado passar água pra fora do box, estava tudo ok. Até que ao acordar de manhã não tinha água para tomar banho, nem escovar dente, nem dar descarga. E assim foi o checkout sem banho. Considerando o valor pago, acima da média para uma instalação 2/3 estrelas.

Decepcionante

O quarto tem um bom espaço, porém, o colchão parece ser velho, eu senti uma madeira nas minhas costas ao dormir, fiquei com dor na coluna, roupa de cama estava rasgada. Outra decepção foi que não tinha sabonete no hotel, acho que é o mínimo que podem oferecer. O valor pago na diária não condiz com o padrão do hotel. Outro problema é o banheiro, sempre que íamos tomar banho vazava água do box, toda vez tinha que secar o banheiro após o banho. O café da manhã é razoável.

Não recomendo.

Não foi nada boa. Aparentemente eu estava alocado em um quarto, porém era 14h e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. De imediato me arrumaram outro quarto, porém com um barulho externo, gerado pelos próprios equipamentos do hotel, muito alto. Pior, o barulho começava às 5 da manhã e só parava às 17h. Estou esperando a nota fiscal, que deveria ter sido emitida no máximo até o dia seguinte, há 10 estou aguardando. A reposição dos itens no café da manhã demorava muito! Apenas uma pessoa da recepção foi simpática.

Experiencia razoável

Razovel, em questão do atendimento dos colaboradores foi ótimo, porém o prédio precisa de uma boaa manutenção, o quarto tinha cheiro desagradável, não tinha cheiro de limpeza, não sei se é por conta do carpete, mais tinha o cheiro de cigarro muito forte. A piscina estava com uma cor esverdead ou seja sujo, não realizavam a troca diária dos lençóis de cama, só faziam arrumar o quarto e tirar os lixos, o café da manhã.foi maravilhoso.
