POSITIVES Absolutely beautiful view from the room. Very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff in the kitchen/servers were so kind to our son. Wifi did not work in our room but staff went above and beyond to have it repaired for us. NEGATIVES A bit awkward at check in. It appeared staff did not know we had a reservation and I had to prove/show our reservation email several times on my phone which was not the smoothest check in after a long day of travel.

Great hotel, staff and restaurant. Breakfast is wonderful and view is really nice, including turtle watching. You can hike to the Telégrafo and that is really cool. There is a small beach nearby. If you mostly want to stay “in” this is a great place!

I purchased travel insurance because there was a huge chance for issues. Sure enough the airline canceled the flight within 24 hours of booking and the property kept saying cancel is possible but we had to do other steps. We followed the steps and more steps elsewhere were given to the point we were sent to a dead end.

I rarely submit a review but I’d rather save someone from this bad experience. Unfortunately my experience was terrible and probably the worst place I’ve stayed at. This place shouldn’t be displayed as hotel. I ended up leaving before my check out date, as well as 2 other guests. It Took almost 2 hrs to have a meal. Staff nowhere to be found. Roaches in the dinning room. Roaches in the spa. Roaches in the shower. Dirty property throughout (upholstery, floors, stairs, doors, glass and windows throughout …) Stained pillows. Mold in shower heads. Broken doors hanging from 1 hinge... on top of this the electricity went off (88 degrees) and not a single Apology from the manager/owner.

A equipe é excepcional. Atendimento super gentil, mas o Hotel precisa de cuidados e manutenção. O frigobar estava sujo, com excesso de gelo e o gelo tinha uma cor estranha. A persiana do meu quarto não funcionava e na tentativa de conserto acabou desabando. Era visível a necessidade de manutenção básica. Mas apesar disso a experiência foi agradável.

Comemoração do niver do meu marido.

O visual é deslumbrante! Espaço muito bom na suite, Pena não haver acesso à praia em frente, a não ser que houvesse um barquinho ou uma ponte que levasse ao banco de areia e/ou à praia, visível da varanda das suites e do hotel..apesar de que poderia ser feito esse pequeno trecho, à nado. O café da manhã é simples, apesar de ser num ambiente muito agradável. O hotel boutique é mto charmoso, apesar de precisar algumas restaurações. O restaurante deveria ter mais opções de pratos ou lanches. O estacionamento é mto precário.

Eu gostei muito do local. A única questão é o chuveiro que parou de esquentar quando eu estava no banho, mas eles resolveram. O local tem uma vista linda, com lugares para relaxar de verdade.

A localização é espetacular, vista para o mar, muito legal. A pousada é boa mas precisa de manutenção. No chão do quarto tacos soltando, a hidro precisa de uma boa limpeza. Na parte externa tábuas que precisam de ajustes. O serviço é bom. Cardápio limitado mas comida boa. Caso façam uma manutenção vai ficar muito top.

O lugar é muito bonito, Restinga da Marambaia. O unico problema que eu tive foi que quando cheguei na noite de sabado, o porteiro noturno da pousada abriu a porta para eu entrar com o carro, até ai tudo ok, deixei a chave caso precisasse manobrar, mas nao me informou que domingo pela manhã nao tem ninguem para tirar o carro, tive que acordar cedo para manobrar o carro para um cliente sair... acordando minha esposa e causando um grande desconforto enorme em um lugar que fomos para descansar, uma falha de comunicaçao da pousada que deveria ter esse cuidado na hora de parar os carros que chegam a noite!!!

Vale a visita pela integração com a Natureza. Serviços deixa a desejar. Tivemos que pedir mais de uma vez para ter água quente no quarto, recepção fica pressionando para definir horário do jantar. Não houve estadia! Reservei, paguei, me desloquei e ao chegar ao local, fui informado que minha reserva não procedia pois já havia uma reserva para o mesmo hotel/quarto! Tive a decepção de voltar para casa com a minha família depois de 2 horas de ida mais 2 horas de volta, com uma criança de 3 anos frustrada dentro do carro!! Parabéns aos envolvidos

Hotel lindo, culinária péssima!

O hotel tem uma localização única com uma vista paradisíaca, o atendimento ótimo na recepção, mas a culinária deixa muito a desejar, os pratos bem caros com tiket médio de 100,00, e a refeição extremamente mal temperada, mal feita mesmo, pedi um camarão ao curry, vieram uns pedaços de pimentão grotescos e crus, mal temperado, camarão com víscera, enfim bem decepcionante se tratando do padrão do hotel e de se não ter outras opções ao redor principalmente para noite. De resto as atendentes são atenciosas e o quarto bem confortável.

Muito fraco. Atendimento horrível. Mais de 4 meses pra me retornarem no WhatsApp. Atendimento horrível. Pessoas que não fazem questão de viver suas férias ou sonhos com você. Quem trabalha em hotel precisa querer ajudar. Meu atendimento foi horrível. A água da banheira é do chuveiro não gelavam. Fiquei mais de 20 minutos na porta do hotel para entrar porque ngm atendia. Estava indo pro hotel depois da minha festa de casamento, era minha noite de núpcias. Foi TERRÍVEL! Além disso o café da manhã é piada. Me hospedei por 1.100 no melhor bairro de Barcelona e não dá pra comparar. É loucura!

Por do sol lindíssimo, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários cordiais, mas as instalações estão bem velhas e sem conservação. Banheiro extremamente apertado, água sai em pouca quantidade, deck sem conservação, piscina com lodo nem entramos, chaise e puffs sem conservação e limpeza.

ingratidão com um cliente que valoriza o hotel

Já havia me hospedado outras vezes no Le Relais de Marambaia, sempre excelente. Entretanto, nessa minha talvez ultima hospedagem me decepcionei com o atendimento e conforto. Meu quarto teve problema com ar condicionado , solicitei reparo e ou ajuda por algumas vezes, vieram ao meu quarto, reconheceram o calor e alegaram por eu ter escolhido o quarto de dois andares( a cama era próxima ao teto), que por sinal é o quarto mais caro do hotel, o sol bate a tarde e realmente tem que esperar o anoitecer para o ar refrescar o quarto, mas descansar a tarde realmente não daria, tendo eu que me deitar no chao do primeiro andar. Mesmo no anoitecer, o quarto não gelava. Ficou por isso mesmo, pedi educadamente que o hotel entrasse em contato comigo para eu relatar p gerente minha insatisfação, garantiram que aa gerente me ligaria. Nada. Deixo então minha insatisfação com o hotel que sempre curti e pretendia continuar indo através dessa mensagem, mesmo não tendo a esperança de servir de nada. Azar o meu.
