There was a super king size bed in the room which took up most of the room and made placing luggage and moving about difficult, a double bed would have been plenty and then there would have been room to move. The staff were very friendly and helpful, air conditioning was good and the location of the Hotel was excellent being close to parks, municipal theatre etc. Will stay again but we will make sure we get a room with more space. Breakfast was the usual Brazilian hotel breakfast and was fine.

Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

Os atendentes são excelentes e o café da manhã foi bem completo pra quem não tem dieta muito restritiva: tinha ovos, torradas, frutas, cereais, granola, leite, achocolatado, café, salgadinhos e outras coisas. A água do chuveiro estava maravilhosa de forte, ar gelando (porém barulhento) e tudo limpo, no entanto, tudo é muit antigo, inclusive o cobertor fornecido, era áspero e com várias bolinhas de excesso de uso, mas estava com cheiro de limpo. A localização do hotel é excelente, mas vimos uma tentativa de furto e muitas crianças usando drogas, infelizmente, acredito que por ser em alta temporada, fica mais perigoso. Fomos andando para o metrô e feira da glória, tudo muito perto.

Passei por dois quartos em que o ar não estava gelando nos dias mais quentes do Rio de Janeiro e graças a ele fui transferida para um ótimo quarto e com ar funcionando. Infelizmente não tivemos uma estadia muito boa, por sorte foi só um dia. Parece que recebemos o pior quarto. O chuveiro ruim, velho e jorrando água para tudo que é lado, a limpeza precária, cheiro ruim no quarto e cama ruim. Só o café da manhã que salvou. Os atendentes são solicitos, e quando eu reclamei tentaram ajudar. Não recomendo para ficar mais de um dia, existem hotéis melhores na região.
