Lovely friendly staff basic hotel

A group of 10 of us stayed here so we could attend the Imola GP. The staff were lovely and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was all you could eat buffet style which was ideal. The rooms are basic, but have the essentials. It needs a little sprucing up and a lick of paint. The pool was lovely and the hotel is also close to the beach. There are free bikes you can use, which needed a little oil on the chains, but still work fine.

A time for renovation!!!

We booked the hotel for a week, for a MotoGP weekend plus 5 days of beach and pleasure. The location and atmosphere was perfect, our room was the smallest one which we where okay with, but the air condition in our room was NOT ok at all. After the first night we complained and requested a technician to look at it due to the sounds of the aircon and it was leaking water which made the floors wet every night. The following nights was more or less the same and every day we talked to the front desk and requested help, and I told them the sounds got worse and worse. And at the last night it completely broke down and shuts off in the middle of the night. At check out, we where met with no sympathy, still she saw in her log that we have asked for help every day. SO, find another place where your basic requirements are met for a nice stay in Rimini.

Budget hotel with everything you need if visiting Rimini. Hotel well positioned on the boardwalk for the beach and close to numerous bars and restaurants including the excellent Rose & Crown. Rooms are very small including a tiny bathroom and shower. Ok if just sleeping. Fridge,tv. No in room safe or kettle though. Air conditioning in the heat we had was very welcome. Daily housekeeping. Decent buffet breakfast with enough to set you up for the day. Pool is small but absolutely perfect, not too many loungers but we had no issues siting round it and having a swim. There's a little garden bar area too for drinks. We had a good 2 night stay here, perfect for us for a short break and on a budget.

Hotel was in terrible condition. Breakfast was bad, toom condition was terrible, there were no slipper even i asked, there were no hair dryer etc. I will never stay again in this hotel when i come next year for the fair.

A terrific hotel

What i liked about this hotel: the staff, the price, the location, the hotel grounds, and the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with them. The price really couldn't be beat. The location was amazing - overlooking the beach, near the train station, and close to many restaurants. There are numerous common areas in the hotel (the front garden, the lobby, the pool and the breakfast area) perfect for relaxing and reading. Lastly, the pool is very nice and is open until 11pm - just the thing when you want to swim again but it's too late to go to the beach. The hotel doesn't have its own beach but you do get a discounted rate for the spot just in front of the hotel. We spent 4 euro per person to rent beach chairs for the day and had a great time. The room isn't modern and the bed wasn't the comfiest but it was fine. It has AC that works well and good showers. The parking on-site is limited but we were able to find street parking in a neighborhood on the other side of the train station - about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Overall I really liked this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med dette hotellet. Rent og pent. Fin bygning og kort avstand til strand. Frokosten var helt ok. Veldig hyggelig personalet som hjalp med det meste. Vi likte oss så godt at vi utvidet reisen med 2 ekstra døgn og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Den første dag vi kom , lå der en brugt sæbe ude i brusekabinen. Det var virkelig klamt. Poolen var meget mindre end hvad vi lige havde troet. Og så var den møg beskidt med alger. Sengene var for korte. Der var flere ting som gik i stykker løbende på hotellet som blev lavet med Lappe løsninger. F.eks. elevatoren. Fliserne ved poolen faldt sammen, her fyldte man bare grus i hullet. Loftet blev utæt. Morgenmad s udvalget var godt. Dog servere de en dag for gammelt lugtende skinke. Alle glas samt dybe skåle kunne åbenbart ikke blive ordentlig rene i deres opvaskemaskinen, det gjorde at man skulle stå og se hvilket glas samt skål var det reneste inden man tog det. De var virkelig langsomme til at komme med kold alm. vand. Det er i hvert falde ikke et hotel vi kommer til at booke igen.
