Very good value in a smaller motel with well maintained units containing the most needed amenities - microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, WiFi. King bed had king-sized pillows which were too big. No lobby so you have to stand outside and register through a window.
The hotel is very cut and dry. There is wi-fi but besides that, nothing special is offered. It was central to a bunch of locations including Downtown Richmond, the Chesterfield Mall, and so many restaurants. For the price, I would stay there again!
The cable service needs to be adjusted (8-9 sports channels unnecessary. No Cartoon Network.).
The cable TV operation needs to be adjusted, Need two remote control units to operate the system.

I arrived at 18:00 on Saturday night. Office was locked and nobody was inside. I had to wait in the cold wind for 10 minutes before someone shows up.
The shower room is dirty.
If you don't care about service, this is the place
The room was what would be expected for the cost, however, the service was awful, when paying for the room, I was asked to reveal my PIN!!! When I refused, I was scolded for not paying for the room in advance if I didn't want to give my PIN despite the fact that I just followed the instructions on the booking website; extremely unfriendly and unhelpful - I suppose we had got used to American hospitality, unfortunately the owners were not.
