The smell of cigarette was all through the halls, elevator, and room. The worker was very rude and rushed us out after we tried to explain our complaint. I asked was a partial refund possible he became absolutely so rude.

Disappointing breakfast
Saturday was okay, the double room beds were incredibly firm. Breakfast was disappointing. The waffle maker only had a cinnamon apple batter, which would be good when it's the holidays, but not for a warmer day like we've had during our stay. No bacon and the omelette wasn't warm enough.

I got there on Friday and they couldn't find my reservation after i showed them my confirmation number everything which took about 15-25 mins. My wife was using the treadmill in the fitness area and it just stopped out of nowhere and could of hurt herself. When we went to the front desk, they didn't seen concern about it and told us that she will leave the facilities people know and didn't put a out of order on the equipment either. Also, did know that VSU students were staying in the hotel which they were loud at points of the night. NOT A GOOD STAY.

Room was clean and well-kept, except for one small stain near the door in the carpet. It is supposed to be a smoke-free facility, but the smell of marijuana was quite apparent in both of the stairwells at either end of the building. I assume it’s being used as temporary student housing, as they were garbage bags and linen bags in the hallway outside a number of the rooms.

The lady who checked us in was awesome. Everything after was pretty bad. Rooms, halls everything smell almost like pee. Carpets dirty, closet doors missing, iron disquieting. Pillows are like half pillows. Toilet so low you like sitting on floor. Shampoo lotion Cond all had been used were about half full. No coffee in room but a coffee maker. And breakfast coffee so gross

This hotel was great! My only complaint was the drapes weren’t blackout drapes and the halogen light in front of the building stayed on all night lighting up our room. I need darkness to sleep. But otherwise it was a well run hotel with a fantastic breakfast bar.

There was a strange odor in the hallways and room. I am guessing it is a scented powder used to clean the carpets. It is not a pleasant smell. The breakfast was just ok. The shower faucet was falling apart.

Bed bugs
During my stay i had bed bugs in my bed. I felt something on me. Looked and it was a bed bug on my arm! We called the front desk to report what was going on. He hung up the phone on me and my daughter when we was informing him about the bed bugs. After call customer relations. He changed my room. To 3 rooms down. And that was all.
