The elevator was dirty with the same trash laying on the floor all 4 days we were there. Our biggest complaint was the staff. Not helpful to the point of rude. Went down for breakfast one morning. "It took 2 hours to get my keys at an adjoining property. When I got in my room it was filthy. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Couldn't stay there. Went out on my own and got a room somewhere else."

"We were pleased with it stay and only found a few things that were not so good. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We only ate breakfast one of the three mornings and it was okay. The room was comfortable and clean. The toilet did not have great flushing capability. The closet door was hard to use as the track was broken. We plan to stay again the next time we are in the area."
