"Room was super clean with plenary of space . The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great and shower had excellent water pressure. This building may look old but I was pleasantly surprised with upgrades to the interior!! Will definitely stay there again next year. Check in was fast and easy, especially as it was a last minute booking, and housekeeping was prompt."

"I was in town for just one night and ended up booking this last minute. I’ve never stayed at a motel before because of the stigma, but I was pleasantly surprised. "Very disappointing stay. My pregnant wife, two young children, and I checked in and were assigned a room that was extremely hot despite the AC running. As we settled in, we discovered the smoke alarm was completely missing, one TV remote had no batteries, the other did not operate the TV, and the refrigerator emitted a strong rotten fish-like odor that filled the room when opened. When I reported these issues and requested a different room, the front desk employee insisted on inspecting the room first. During the inspection, I invited him to smell the refrigerator himself, but he denied there was any odor despite it being obvious to us. My mother, who was staying nearby, came into the room and independently confirmed the smell. The employee initially refused to move us, stating that because we had sat on the beds, the room could no longer be rented to another guest. Only after I began taking photos and videos was another room offered. Unfortunately, the replacement room was only slightly better. It also lacked a smoke alarm and had several maintenance issues, including a broken shower rod, a broken light fixture sitting on a shelf, exposed nails where an iron holder had been ripped from the wall, and multiple bugs. The condition of both rooms and the handling of our concerns fell far below what I would expect from a Wyndham branded property. The missing smoke alarms in both rooms were particularly concerning from a safety standpoint."
