Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel por causa da localização. Logística de viagem. Atendimento excelente mas falta manutenção dos quartos e melhoria das camas, roupas de cama, toalhas, etc. tudo precisando de troca. O café da manhã, incluso, é ótimo! Variado e farto!

Decepção total!!

Tive uma experiência bem ruim neste estabelecimento, marcada por uma precariedade generalizada e uma flagrante negligência com a higiene e o conforto dos hóspedes. A acomodação apresentava condições insalubres e inaceitáveis: lençóis velhos e sujos, cobertores repulsivos e um banheiro que não apenas alagava constantemente, mas cuja porta sequer fechava adequadamente, televisão e frigobar do século passado e o wifi não funciona direito. A impressão que se tem é de uma total ausência de investimento na manutenção básica do local, refletindo uma indiferença gritante em relação às necessidades e expectativas dos clientes. Dada a qualidade lamentável do serviço, o preço cobrado revela-se completamente desproporcional ao que é oferecido. Não recomendo, em hipótese alguma, a estadia neste hotel.
