Me deixaram num quarto no primeiro andar próximo a rua. Ouvia cada carro passando e cada pessoa gritando. Durante a noite choveu e o quarto era em cima de um telhado de metal. Foi bem ruim para dormir. O ar condicionado também era barulhento. Não tenho problemas para dormir mas esse dia foi difícil.

Conforto no Centro de Ribeirão

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado no Centro da cidade e próximo a diversos pontos turísticos e de serviços. As ruas aos arredores são grandes aclives tornando mais desafiador o deslocamento à pé, além dos desafios de segurança dos centros de cidades brasileiras. A equipe de recepção é boa, mas alguns colaboradores demandam de mais treinamento, pois por exemplo, indicam que alguns dados do cadastro não são necessários, mas depois descubro que são essenciais para emissão da nota fiscal no checkout. Equipe de manutenção e limpeza dos quartos é super cordial e solícita. Equipe do restaurante foi extremamente acolhedora e simpática todos os dias tanto na recepção do café da manhã quanto na manutenção do buffet e fornecimento de itens adicionais solicitados, tendo sido um diferencial. O quarto estava em boas condições, mas pode ser desafiador para pessoas muito grandes, dado aos tamanho e disposição dos móveis e box do banheiro. Academia com aparelhos em boas condições e com uma vista bem interessante da cidade. Com certeza voltaria me hospedar dado o custo, finalidade da viagem, instalações e localidade do hotel.

Hotel muito bom. Super indico. time muito atencioso e gentis e quartos muito limpos. Hoje eh difícil achar hotel com estacionamento e manobrista. A crítica vai para a falta de opções para intolerantes a lactose no café da manhã e para a academia que não tinha ventilação e nem ar condicionado funcionando. Fiz meu treino de corrida na esteira e alguns exercícios, e não tinha material para higienizar, e no segundo dia q voltei lá os aparelhos estavam como eu deixei, ou seja não houve limpeza nesta área

Hotel bem aconchegante, achei que seria até mais simples. O box do banheiro é bem pequeno. Só tive um problema no registro do chuveiro, não tem nenhuma sinalização de água quente e fria. E acabamos fechando o registro e ficando sem água. Mas logo foi resolvido. Café da manhã bem completo.
