"I traveled with 2 children and a baby. I arrived a little earlier than standard check-in time. My room was not ready until 4pm. The staff was not very helpful nor hospitable. When I tried to check out I was told I needed towel cards to check out or the towels after I made several attempts to return the towel at the stand. They didn't have cards. I had to leave the hotel to get water to make formula for the baby as all they provided outside of the room was tap water All restaurants are closed at 10pm even though they advertised that food is available 24hrs. They have 1 cafe for the entire resort that opens 0600 and closes 1100pm. I teiwd to used the gym that was not accessible as they said they were working on AC. I've been to Jamaica several times and this is my worst hotel experience. "

"Clean room. Room faced the road. Did not hear any noises from the road. Restaurants were ok. Breakfast & lunch buffet were good. Food at the grill was good. Great staff!"

"Yes the room and bathroom was good, good amenities. Clean room with fridge and microwave. Front door had a whole and needs fixing. Otherwise everything was good. Scenery of beach was great. Also watching the airplanes landing and taking off. Close to beach and airport."

Loretta is DEFINITELY the hostess with the most energy and personality. Nelli is the counterpart to Loretta, their dynamic. Brandon, Kevon, Raquel and Donavan are the BEST bartenders EVER with amazing personalities, chemistry and energy. All of these people made my trip and birthday unforgettable "
