Excellent service and accommodation! We greatly appreciated the managers attention to detail along with her personal assistance and care provided. At the front desk, Laura was more than helpful in getting us situated and feeling comfortable while visiting our son who is in university. We felt welcomed with the type of accommodating attention that is warming and kind. I highly recommend this location and will not hesitate to use any Domero location again in the future when traveling.

The gentleman at the front desk is courteous, polite, and helpful. The check-in process is smooth. Rooms are cosy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Reutlingen.

Tuvimos que abandonar el alojamiento precipitadamente por el fallecimiento de mi padre y no hubo forma de contactar con el hotel, no respondian al teléfono, hasta que pudimos dejar mensaje por correo electrónico. Dejamos las tarjetas en el mostrador y nos fuimos al aeropuerto. Nos cobraron todos los días del alojamiento sin habernos hospedado, ya que tuvimos que coger un vuelo inmediatamente y salir hacia Madrid al funeral, 3 días antes de lo concertado.

No air conditioning is disaster for summer. Should have mentioned clearly in the room description. The fan in the room is useless. Staff is nice, though. Only staff for serving breakfast is working in the early morning, who is not able to speak English, that makes it difficult for communicating about luggage storage after check out
