The apt was okay however i could not connect to WIFI essentailly the entire stay. i tried to call support and i was told i would receive a call / email back but no one ever reached out and i could not connect to wifi the entire trip. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional

Don’t do it.
The front desk people don’t want to help you. Because you are a third party rental things are complicated with parking especially. The building next door is under construction so it was loud. The bed was hard as a rock. The room was comfortable but the e bed was miserable. The area is great but the tenants in the building make it obvious that they do not like renters. I have stayed at global luxury suites before in Reston town center and it was great but I will never stay at this location again. I travel every other week to the area for work for three years and this is the last place I will ever stay again. The place is clean but the experience for anything over two days is not worth it.
