The spa could use improving as the jacuzzi is outside next to the pool separated by a fake vegetation panel and the noise of the pool makes it like you are sharing the jacuzzi with kids. Everything else was great

The room was very clean and in great condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pretty much centrally located in Reno which makes convenient to get to surrounding destinations easily.

Rooms are nice, modern, and clean with good views at the higher levels. Only issue I had with the room was at 5am both tvs turned on by themselves at full volume blasting an announcement by Trump.
