"Room was 24 degrees most of the time and air con did nothing. Reception provided a fan when we requested which helped a lot but didn’t get a huge amount of sleep due to the heat. Our friends were in a different room and had no problem. Hotel was very busy and quite a few spa items not working or too full to enjoy. Lift often rammed or not working at all. Need to get taxi in and out of the city. Ok place but needs updating and better accommodation of the volume of guests- lifts, spa, breakfast-...

My only small complaint was the maintenance man had to come to stop the water from recirculating in the bathroom but he was there within 5 minutes and it was fixed
Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast, lobby was stunning, staff was extremely attentive and did everything they could to make things simple for the guests.
As an American we are told that Europeans aren’t always the friendliest - this is simply not the case - the people of Budapest and the hotel...

"This hotel is in the perfect location for everything! The view from our window amazing especially at night.
Breakfast was great.
We used the shared shuttle from airport which was excellent.

"Simply amazing - the location is perfect for exploring many of the best attractions, whilst the room itself was spotless and just like the photos showed. We had a balcony on the top floor which gave outstanding views of the Danube. The staff were attentive and breakfasts enjoyable. Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel."
