Room wasn’t always cleaned, breakfast was cold, poor maintenance loose faucets sink and shower, water travelled under the door onto the floor.

Great hotel - close to dining and shopping options. Lots of free parking. Great hot breakfast.

Great location just off the highway but close to lots of amenities. Interior of property bright and spacious. Excellent and accessible parking to entrance.

Choose a different hotel
Front desk said my room number out loud while I strange man stood behind me (I was with 3 female children). So the hotel didn’t adhere to my privacy. No cribs/playpens like other Hampton Hotels, small selection of tea (but the honey was locked up in the kitchen), breakfast was limited and burnt. I wasn’t the only customer who was searching for breakfast items (stir sticks weren’t near coffee/ tea, cereal spoons on the other side). I called front desk a couple times to ask a question and no one would answer. I went to the front twice and NO ONE WAS THERE!

It was disappointing to find out after we’d checked into our room at Hampton, went for supper and returned, then to ask the clerk were the pool was only to be told it wasn’t in working order. It didn’t say that on Hotels.com. We chose this hotel because it said it had a pool. Very disappointing.

Very good he wheelchair and sit to stand lift. Bed a little high to transfer into. Need has railing around bottom. Cannot get lift under bed. Set up straddling corner. It worked but not great

The room smelled. Used the pine air freshner from my car. Matresss needed to be flipped. Air conditioner fan was rattling. Bathroon fawcett was lose. One shower door didn’t open. Room door didn’t shut properly.

This stay was below average for the establishment. The breakfast was disappointing, a subpar excuse for a meal. One of our towels had a dark curly hair rolled into it, and the elevators were sketchy at best. I've stayed at this hotel a few times before, but quality significantly faltered this time, so can't say I'll be going back.

Easy to locate. Close to shopping and restaurants. A few small things but elevator entrance and hallway in need of cleaning and maintenance. Hall carpet was poorly installed and not appealing to look at. No iron board or hair dryer in room. However no problem to get from front desk but inconvenient. Over all would stay again.

This hotel needs some love and attention. Carpets are in poor shape and could be a trip hazard. It is not the cleanest hotel either.

Disappointing
Our stay was disappointing, the pool was under construction and it’s been under construction for some time is the way we understand it. That info should be shared on the hotels.com site. In addition the breakfast offering was limited- waffle maker broken and the hot food items were not very appetizing. The facility itself is seeing a need for an update. Carpeting is worn in the corridors. For the price of this stay we will not return .

While the hotel is a convenient location and staff were pleasant, the overall appearance and condition of the hotel is best described as tired. Carpeting is well worn and stretched in the hallways, appliances for breakfast were not working and the ice machine was out of service.
