"Booked non smoking room. But the floor i was on and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Very clean room and elsewhere people were very helpful and nice. Food was excellent at chop house."

"The staff were very kind. However, the room was not clean. Dusty, old gum on the ground, bathroom was old with cracking tiles and dirt on the door. It was noisy from outside traffic as well. The breakfast was not what we expected. Cold eggs and cold french toast. Would not recommend this hotel. "

"Stayed here on a Saturday night with my family and there seemed to be a party at night. Multiple people coming in and out and loud music playing. Felt unsafe and rooms were a little dingy. The following morning when we walked to the front desk to check out, a group of young adults were fighting in front of the hotel and claiming they will stab each other. Will not stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel located in the historic district of Bethlehem. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the guys parking cars and directing you to the parking lot to the receptionist as you check-in. The person who checked us in was particularly wonderful as she made the extra effort to talk to my daughter about the college she is attending, her major, etc. The personal touch was very much appreciated. We always try to stay at Hotel Bethlehem - when it isn't fully booked!"
