"Pool was not great. Kids all the time. But better than the non working hot tub. Pool was warmer than hot tub. Something had the pool shutdown during our stay on top of this. Adults who want a pool and hot tub this was one of my worst experiences. "

"I don't know how this place has such high ratings on Expedia.  I checked into room 307 on 4/3/26.   Everything seemed very nice when I first arrived, but none of that matters when you cannot sleep.  1) Our room had ZERO air conditioning on this particularly warm night.  I had already put my kids to bed when I set the thermostat to 64 degrees.  However, the room remained at 77 degrees all night.  The opened vents blew out warm air all night long.  We hardly slept at all.  We were zombies the next day.  2) Breakfast was lacking.  Just ONE semi-functional waffle maker for the entire hotel, which created very long lines, long wait times and cranky/impatient guests.  Cranberry sauce labeled as "raspberry jelly". 3) Terrible checkout. I arrived at the desk at 11:48am.  Check out is 12:00pm.  No one was at the front desk.  No bell for help. I waited for nearly 30 minutes while my husband and kids looked for staff.  I also called the main line for Homewood Suites, and they were unable to reach anyone at this location.  Nearly half an hour later, several staff members come out of a meeting room from around the corner.  A manager told me that someone was supposed to be at the desk.  I told her that NO ONE had been there for half an hour. Then she started with the gaslighting, telling me that she had been poking her head out of the meeting room but she didn't see me. Front desk security footage will prove that is a bold face lie. I never left the front desk. "

"Staff were friendly. But the room was terrible. There were stains on the walls, water damage along the baseboard molding. Which was coming undone from the wall. I had purchased some food and sat it down on the desk checked the sandwich to make sure it was what I ordered. Then took a shower. The shower head was covered in rust. When I was finished I went to eat my food and there were ants all over it. The baseboard molding coming off of the wall when I shined a light into it you could see a line of ants moving along. There were a few ants on the bed. A really unpleasant experience. "

"I was only given one talent and told that my check in was only 41 adult when it was , I wish that there were utensils available even if it was just a rent lock , the fact that there was a stove and size refrigerator! The front desk, gentlemen could have been a lot more welcoming.He seems to hate his job and his life.I don't know...."
