Regal Hollywood - Nashville

We stayed overnight on our way through to Virginia. There was a slight ac issue in the halls but they had it fixed with ac’s in the hall. Room was comfortable. Pool was amazing and we worked out in the small gym but we slept well and enjoyed. Price was perfect too. Breakfast was good, I didn’t like the fried eggs but the biscuits and gravy YUM!! I didn’t care for the coffee but was still amazing. I used the cappuccino machine and it was great but very sweet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and again.

Had an amazing stay! The housekeeping staff was above and beyond expectations! Any time we asked for anything they were happy to accommodate. The whole place was spotless! The only thing that was a let down was the bar. The drinks we wanted were unable to be made due to no stock. The bartender tried her best but would have preferred what we wanted to have been available. Other than that we were very happy with our stay!

The hotel was amazing, the room was excellent! My only complaint is when I booked the room it took out my money immediately just I didn't love but I was in with it however, once I checked in they said I had to give my card again so they could "hold" 200$ to make sure there was no damages I quess but that would have been nice to know up front! I didn't have tons of money so that put me in a hard place. I'm back home and still don't have my refund? I know the room was not damaged or any items wasn't! Just a heads up to anyone else
