"This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. "My stay was wonderful here in this hotel for me. Proved to be more than I expected the hotel is a trainee hotel for the University. While I was here they had several dance festival. Right across the street there is a Park with a lake if you want a fitness place there some areas for exercise and of course walking and running in the parks.
