"Our stay was for 4 nights. It was nice to have b/f each day. Would have been nice that hosts offered hard boiled eggs and maybe croissants on at least one of our mornings. Coffee was excellent. The room was quite small for this long of duration. We like a hard bed and found this one quite soft. Loved the big windows! Free parking on the side of property and great location for our needs. "

"Friendly welcome even though we arrived late; about 7pm. Room was tidy, warm and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Close to New World to buy groceries for our 3 nights. Cleaners were lovely as well. As they are pet friendly, i will be bringing my dog next time. "

"Klaudine and Esther were friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The hotel was right in the heart of the city- walking distance to everything! The room was very clean and spacious for 3 adults. We had breakfast included in our booking however the buffet was fairly simple but we could order hot breakfast (egg, bread, veggies). Parking around the corner for $10 per exit was great and approx 3 min walk"

"客室は広いとはいえませんが、十分清潔でした。チェックイン・チェックアウトはオンラインだったので、スタッフとの直接のやりとりはありませんでしたが、メールでの質問にはすぐ返信がありました。コインランドリーはクレジットカードで精算できたので便利でした。部屋に予備のトイレットペーパーが置かれていませんでした（不足しなかったので問題はなかったですが）。1Fでエレベータに乗るときと、客室のドアを開けるたびにスマートフォンでの操作が必要でした。全部で3泊しましたがバスタオルの交換は無かったです（バスルームの床に置けば交換してくれたのかもしれません）。シャワーの水圧・温度は全く問題なかったです。中心部にあり、バスターミナルやスーパーが至近距離だったのが大変よかったです。"

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location of hotel excellent. Rooms very clean. Trams going under room noisy but trams stop running at night. Pub down the road stopped their music at 1am and patrons were a noisy going home. Tv worked during the day but keeper stopping at night."

"Great Location, 5 min walk to One NZ staduim for the rugby. Close to the CBD. Plenty of Food and Drink places. Hotel staff were friendly and Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast for the 3 days we stayed was satisfactory. Hot and cold options. Would definately consider returning."

"The hotel is located on the grounds of the former University of Canterbury campus in Christchurch, which made for a unique experience. The historic setting gives the property plenty of character and atmosphere. The common lounge area of the hotel is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a tea or coffee. The rooms are clean and comfortable however they are quite small. Overall a nice stay"

"Amenities are great, the room has a kitchen and even laundry machines. The location is good with an excellent Thai restaurant nearby and a bus stop across the street, but it takes 15-20 minutes walk to the downtown."
