"Kitchen counters had been repaired and the caulking work was horrible. Not the standard I would expect from a Westin property. Very short toilet. Not good for tall people. View was great. Balcony was great. Overall the landscape was well taken care of. We would go again."

"We loved the property! Three pools and plenty of seating. The lazy river was a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the cucumber water at the front entrance! The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner.. they were large and beautiful, but there was remnants of sunscreen, fingerprints on all the doors. We loved staying there and will be back next year for sure:)"

"The Staff across the board were excellent. Our Room was great in everyway, but there was an Event Planner (maybe Chinese New Year)working next door everyday including Sunday and we had Office noise and Interviews heard through the joining Suite Door. Nights after 6:00 p.m. were okay but this morning they woke us up with conversations at 7:00 a.m.. I knocked on the door and asked if they could please be quiet and they did try to be quiet after that but the damage had been done. At over $1100 per night, it is overpriced. Alaska Air has a flight path with a steady stream of planes right by the Hotel, sometimes five planes within 30 minutes or less. It is a noisy place and we will not stay there again."
