The views are breath taking. Watching a storm rolling in and seeing lightning through the clouds was amazing. Close proximity to the sand dunes for a picnic at sunset was ideal.

The property was beautifully decorated, with great views. Location was perfectly situated between the 2 sand blows. But the internet connection is poor and couldnt watch any netflix etc. Insulation between master and living space was zero and theres no door between master and ensuit. The noise coming from the appartment above at night time was constant, as they had children running around at all hours of the night and the use of the spa from above after 9pm. From other bedrooms the elevator was heard a lot, kids were playing in the lift early and then during check out we were wait for ages, as the kids were playing with them holding them up.

Excellent hotel and great view over the whole peninsula. The only one criticism of the room was there was not toilet door for the ensuite and therefore for people who wish to have privacy could make you feel uncomfortable.

It may be a trivial issue, but the kettle had a very short lead and didn't reach the powerpoints in the kitchen, so we had to use a lamp powerpoint near the floor. Attention to detail!

A bit out of the main centre of town, the walk up the hill is a bit of a workout but not too bad, Beautiful outlook from high on the hill, very close to Carlo blow. Very spacious high quality very well appointed unit. Luxlurious and confortable.

The property was immaculate and well worth booking. Not as close to the beach as i thought but the view was exceptional. Welcomed by Anne &Jo who couldnt have been more helpful. I was more disappointed with expedia thinking inwas getting a better nihhtly price it would have been a lot cheaper to book direct with the property!!!! I was not happy and will be more careful booking on this site again. But if unwant a relaxing stay then this propwrty is the go.

Check your room for damage on arrival

Stayed here with my 9month pregnant wife and 4yr old daughter. Apartment had a hole in the wall above head height on arrival and thought nothing of it. Receptionist accused that damage wasn't there on my arrival when my partner and clearly saw it walking in. Not our fault if it cleaner didn't see it. Was very taken back when receptionist went straight accusing instead of asking questions. Rainbow beach is lovely but will choose somewhere else to stay next time.

The property was large, modern and just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk into Rainbow Beach. The views were great from the rooms and the pool as small but clean and ideal for a quick dip.

We had to wait almost an hour outside for check in because it was past 7 pm, it should mention somewhere that there is no booking after 5 pm the same day instead of making people wait. The water presser in the shower was very low and the kitchen was dirty, we had to wash the dishes before using them. On the positive side, the view is amazing. Overall, for the price, we don’t recommend.

Great views, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good value. On top of hill, so you can overlook the ocean and it’s only 600 m to the Carlo Sand Blow. We would return.

The apartment was huge, in excellent condition and had lovely views of the ocean right up to Fraser Island. We arrived later than planned but one of our guests arrived separately before us and the manager checked him in for us which was very kind. We stayed here for 2 nights on a work trip but I will definitely return to this property for a holiday!
