"This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. "The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. "

"The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. "Hotel is located at old Haifa part. You can park at hotel which you have to pay 40 Shilkel but also you can park on street before you reach hotel and it's free. However, I stay 2 nights but they didn't give us new water bottles for second night. "

"Staff was very kind and very accommodating "

"The receptionist are nice and professional. The room is clean, but is old and here and there in the room you can see it. The bed is not good. Blanket, quilt, pillows are supposed to be white, but actually looks old and yellowish, give a feeling of not very clean. No blanket sheets "
