Best part of this hotel was Huyen, receptionist. She was attentive and courteous with a welcoming smile. Hotel decor is modern luxury but you can see missed details in craftsmanship. We walked to all the recommended restaurants so far, most within 20 minutes waking distance. In my opinion, this place is the best you can find in Quy Nhon.

Lovely hotel, excellent standards. Rooms were very comfortable with modern bathrooms and amenities. Provided a connecting rooms which was ideal With the kids Excellent buffet breakfast. Just a stones throw from the beach. Great views from the balcony. Would definitely stay there again if we travel back to Quy Nhon.

All staff were professional and helpful - restaurant breakfast and menu was very good variety and great quality & service - we stayed 3 nights and as family of 3 adults 2 kids - stayed in 3 bedroom executive room with large balcony on 40th floor - the hotel is tallest building in Quy’Nhon so we had amazing views of beach and city views - fortunate to have had great weather during our stay - highly recommend as I feel best central city hotel in city. A great experience!

We stayed at the Grand Hyams in Quy Nhon for four nights. There were a couple of technical problems with the suites that we booked on the first day. Reception manager was quick on the matter. She was friendly, service minded, happy with her job and ensures that the guests have a nice and pleasant experience at the hotel. She arranged a great apartment ( three bedrooms, two large bathrooms and living room. I highly recommend this apartment for a family of four ) in the hotel for my family, and followed up with excellent and pleasant attention for all of us. Thank you so much to Miss Ha who made this a great experience for us. Thanks also to the reservation manager who spoke to the kitchen so we could order a late dinner. Thanks to all the hardworking staff at the hotel. Kudos to you all!!! See you again in the near future. 😀😀😀👍👍👍💕💕💕
