They do not have reception staff and I had to wait one hour approx in order to cancel the account and leave the hotel. There is no hosted, there is only one kitchen person who does everything

El staff super amable, el lugar muy antiguo y lleno de historia. El entorno en general es hermoso. Las perritas Lulú y Laica hermosas! Lo único es que en la madrugada nos dio un poco de frío.

Even with the limitations inherent to the pandemic, the friendly staff of women from the local community managed to make us feel safe and homey. The Hacienda exudes history in every brick and log! The solar clock nearby "Quitsato" is a superb combination with the hacienda.
