Unfortunately they allow to much people for the day pass that it’s impossible for the guest to enjoy either the pools, and restaurants. Hard to find a table. Impossible to swim, to much people. The room was very nice and clean. They don’t have enough employees, but the ones they have work very hard and very nice people. My food was cold, I got everything at different times, at the end they send me the water that I requested 40 min earlier.

El lugar es muy agradable, nuestra estancia fue muy confortable, la atención del personal es muy buena, las experiencias valen la pena. Mi única observación es que la cocina cierra muy temprano y si uno se queda a dormir no hay nada cerca para cenar.

No tienen servicio después de las 8 de la noche, te dejan una jarra de agua pequeña, para tres personas que nos quedamos, fue poco… te dejan todo para preparar café o te, menos agua, y no hay en donde calentar nada… el sofá cama para mi hijo está muy viejo e incómodo, para viaje de pareja está bien, pero en plan familiar no.

En general esta muy a gusto el lugar. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Mi única recomendación sería que invirtieran en mejorar la propiedad. No me refiero a las habitaciones, mas bien en los caminos o la alberca. Pero en términos generales esta bastante bien.

Llegamos el día establecido en la reserva y en l entrada nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva y que no estaba el Encargado, no pude quedarme y tuve que buscar otro lugar

Disappointing experience

This is not a Boutique Hotel. These are cabins in the middle of a development. The cabins are in great condition but the pool and the facilities do not match the pictures.

No era lo que esperábamos

Te lo ofrecen como hotel, pero en realidad son cabañas y las instalaciones de restaurante y alberca son externas como de un balneario, las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, no te comentan que el horario para alberca y restaurante es hasta las 6 y alberca techada hasta las 5, y esta última llenísima. La cabaña muy bonita y el personal que la administra muy atento igual que el del restaurante. Esta alejado de todo así que si vas llévate previsiones necesarias.

Excelentes instalaciones para relajación total y desconectarse de la ciudad. Tomar precauciones para llevar víveres, debido a que la villa solo cuenta con frigobar y no hay restaurantes cerca para cenar. Pero en general está excelente el lugar!

Lo bueno: la cabaña es agradable bien decorada, en un fraccionamiento aislado y silencioso, la cama realmente cómoda. Muy cerca de la zona de viñedos. Lo malo: el restaurante solo funcionas el fin de semana, únicamente había medio rollo de papel de baño, anuncian tv.pero no había en la habitación, hay chimenea pero no hay madera ni cómo conseguirla. En general una estancia ok por un excelente precio.

Mejorar servicio

Es un lugar agradable, esta retirado y la carretera son como 3 km de terraceria, no esta en función ni la alberca ni muchas cosas que dicen tener, su restaurante no esta como se ve en fotos creo que la expectativa es muy grade para lo que en realidad es. las habitaciones son muy cómodas excelente calidad de colchón y ropa de cama, hay chimenea pero no dan la madera para encenderla y dicen tener televisión plana y no hay televisión en las habitaciones.
