The staff are amazing! They respond to every question or request with genuine enthusiasm. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. There is a community park within a few minutes walk and I was delighted to go and watch the volleyball, futbol and many children in the playground. Transportation by taxi or 10 pesos bus is convenient and very inexpensive. The only negative was that the pool was closed. In general, I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Property has five star sign at the Front Desk,does not make sense. The staff is well dressed and service is awesome. Everything about the hotel is old and dated. Bedding does not even has a duvet or sheet over comforter. I work for a luxury hotel in Toronto. This was not my standard of living or expectation of the hotel. Reason for my stay was to attend friends 50th birthday.

Si vas a la feria de San Juan es el lugar indicado para hospedarte, el personal es muy atento, el bufete en el desayuno aunque no es muy grande tiene buen sabor y de precio accesible.

En general muy buenas instalaciones, el servicio con algunos aspectos a mejorar. Ejemplo el sistema de cable el control remoto es para mentes muy avanzadas, no apto para personas mayores nunca pude ver un partido de futbol en vivo. Tampoco hay bar, pedi u tequila, no hubo, una margarita, por consecuente, un mojito, ni pensarlo bebidas y no hubo. Fuera de eso los demás entre bueno y excelente
